What is collected

LabsIntent stores the submitted product URL, optional description, optional business email, territory filters, generated product profile, report output, payment identifiers, and relevance feedback. IP addresses are HMAC-hashed for rate limiting rather than stored in plain text.

Why it is collected

Data is used to generate and deliver reports, prevent abuse, process purchases, operate weekly monitoring, improve matching quality, and maintain transaction records.

Third parties

The service may send relevant data to NIH RePORTER, OpenAI when optional AI review is enabled, Stripe for payments, Resend for transactional email, and the configured database and hosting providers. Do not submit confidential product information through the public-page analyzer.

Retention and access

Preview reports are assigned an expiration date. Paid records may be retained for transaction, support, security, and product-improvement purposes. Private report links are bearer links: anyone with the link may be able to view the report.
